Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

We have seen a great start to September with the first concrete slabs being poured and first frames installed for the future Sales and Display Village. Within the Parkfront Collection, front retaining wall structural works are underway to facilitate finalisation of detailed earthworks, with the set out of inground services and pouring of ground slabs anticipated in the coming weeks.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
