Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Within the Parkfront Collection, footings have been poured and the formwork has been installed. This will see the retaining walls poured in the coming week. At the completion of the retaining wall works, the focus will move to the pouring of the first home slabs.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
