Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Within the Parkfront Collection, the retaining walls have now been placed. Works are continuing in preparation for the pouring of the first home slabs.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026.

Frasers Property has proposed a Voluntary Planning Agreement with Liverpool Council which includes:

• Streetscape improvements along Soldiers Parade including new pedestrian crossings, shared paths and landscaping
• Dedication of land and embellishment of three new parks
• Monetary contributions towards a brand new community facility
