Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Within the Parkfront Collection, earthworks are now complete, including waterproofing to the retaining wall. Internal lot drainage along with the external plumbing and drainage works are now in progress. Benching is complete with the first concrete slab pours now well underway. It's exciting to see some great progress from the team on-site.

To finish out the year, we are pleased to present a video update where you will hear from our development, retail and community development teams.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026.

This will be our last update for 2025, with our next update coming to you in February 2026. The Customer Care Team will be taking a short break with our last day for the year being Friday 19th December, returning to the office on Monday 5th January. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
