Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are excited to bring you with the first construction update for 2026, for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Within the Parkfront Collection, we have seen some wonderful progress since our last update. Our building contractor, Creation Homes, have completed concrete slab pours, along with brickwork to the street front retaining walls. This has allowed them to progress through the installation of timber frames, which is now nearing completion. Next we will see them commence brickwork to ground floor to allow the first scaffold to go up.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
