Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to share the latest construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction within the Parkfront Collection continues to progress well. Our building contractor, Creation Homes, has completed the wall framing for both the ground and first floors of the Manhattan Terraces facing General Boulevard. With this milestone reached, brickwork has now commenced on the ground‑floor façades, and scaffolding is scheduled for installation around these homes over the coming week.

At the rear of the site, scaffold installation for the SOHO Terraces is nearing completion. Once finished, this will allow the framing carpenters to return to site and begin installing the roof trusses.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to take place in late 2026.
