Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to share that the teams have made great progress to your home. Below are the updates to date:

• Units 3507-3512: Internal and external drainage installation has been completed and electricity and NBN installation has commenced.
• Lots 3501-3504: The slabs are officially poured setting a strong foundation for the ground floor frames underway.
• Lots 3505-6: Our team have completed preparation of slabs and have commenced forming and reinforcing the slabs ready for pouring.
• Lots 3507-8: Preparation work for the slabs to your homes are now in progress.

With works underway, we look forward to bringing you more updates as construction progresses.
