- External finishes are almost complete.
- Scaffold dismantle is imminent.
- Linings and internal fit-outs are ongoing.
- Waterproofing and tiling works are underway.
- Landscaping preparation is being planned.
- Settlement is forecast for Late Quarter 4, 2025.

- External finishes are almost complete.
