Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re delighted to share this final construction update as the Meridian Homes journey reaches its most exciting chapter.

Homes CN3501 to CN3506 have now either settled or received their Settlement Notice, with proud new residents already moving in and beginning their next chapter in this beautiful Marina community.

For the remaining homes, settlements are fast approaching, with all anticipated to be complete by the end of April.

This incredible milestone would not have been possible without the dedication, craftsmanship, and care of the teams who have worked tirelessly to bring these homes to life. Their commitment has transformed vision into reality, and we extend our heartfelt thanks for the passion and pride they’ve poured into every detail of Meridian Homes.

Construction Progress

Here’s the latest progress across the Meridian Homes;

Homes 3501–3504

• Final Quality Assurance, commissioning and close-out processes are underway.
• Pre-settlement inspections have commenced.
• Settlements are underway.
• Settlement forecast: March, 2026.

Homes 3505–3506

• Final Quality Assurance, commissioning and close-out processes are complete.
• Pre-settlement inspections are complete.
• Settlements have commenced.
• Settlement forecast: February/March 2026.

Homes 3507–3508

• Landscaping works are almost complete, including feature fencing.
• Driveways are complete.
• Final Quality Assurance, commissioning and close-out processes are well underway.
• Pre-settlement inspections will be scheduled shortly.
• Settlement forecast: Late March, 2026.

Homes 3509–3512

• Painting and final finishes are nearing completion.
• Landscaping works are almost complete, including feature fencing.
• Driveways are complete.
• Final QA, commissioning and close-out processes are underway.
• PSI inspections will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
• Settlement forecast: April, 2026.

Pre-Settlement Inspections

Pre-Settlement Inspections for Homes 3501 to 3506 have now either been completed or are currently underway. 

As the remaining homes from 3507 to 2512 reach completion, our team will be in touch to arrange your inspection. This is a truly exciting milestone — your opportunity to walk through your new home, see the final finishes in place, and start imagining life in your new space. It’s also the perfect time to take measurements for furnishings and fittings ahead of settlement.

Valuation Access

If your lender requires a valuation, appointments can still be arranged through the Shell Cove Sales Team by calling 0498 648 242 between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Settlements

As Occupation Certificates continue to be issued, Settlement Notices will be forwarded directly to your legal representatives in preparation for settlement.

With the first homes now settling and the remaining homes approaching their final milestones — Meridian is starting to come to life.

This milestone represents more than the completion of construction—it marks the beginning of a vibrant new chapter for the Meridian community.
