- Garage brickwork is underway.
- Roofing and external finishes are nearing completion.
- Insulation installation is complete.
- Internal upper-floor linings have commenced.
- Mechanical rough-ins are complete.
- Settlement is currently forecast for Quarter 4 2025.
Homes 3502–3506
- Garage brickwork is underway.
- Roofing and external finishes are nearing completion.
- Insulation installation is complete.
- Internal upper-floor linings have commenced.
- Settlement is currently forecast for Quarter 4 2025.
Homes 3507–3508
- Upper-floor trusses are complete.
- Ground-floor brickwork is ongoing.
- Roof and eaves installation is scheduled to commence shortly.
- External cladding works have begun.
- Settlement is currently forecast for Quarter 4 2025.
Homes 3509–3511
- Upper-level brickwork is underway.
- Roof sheeting is nearing completion.
- Upper window installation is complete.
- External wall cladding will commence shortly.
- Settlement is currently forecast for Quarter 1 2026.

- Upper structure, including floor frames and trusses, is in progress.
- Plumbing rough-in has commenced.
- Roof battens, fascia, and gutters are underway.
