We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Meridian Homes – November 2025

Our teams have been working hard, and steady progress continues across the Meridian homes. We have recently encountered some resourcing delays beyond our control, this has led to slight shifts in settlement timelines. Despite these challenges, our team remains fully committed to delivering each property to the highest standard.

Works are progressing well, and here’s an update on what’s been happening across the homes:

Home 3501-3504

Internal fit-outs are progressing well.
Tiling works are largely complete, with final grouting and touch-ups underway.
Painting and final finishes have commenced.
Landscaping works have commenced, with feature fencing currently in fabrication.
Garage works are approaching completion, with scaffold dismantle booked shortly.
Settlement forecast: Quarter 1, 2026.

Homes 3505-3506

Internal fit-outs are progressing well.
Kitchen installation is now complete.
Tiling works are largely complete, with final grouting and touch-ups underway.
Painting and final carpentry/joinery works are underway.
Landscaping works have commenced, with feature fencing currently in fabrication.
Garage works are approaching completion, with scaffold dismantle booked shortly.
Settlement forecast: Quarter 1, 2026.

Homes 3507-3508

External cladding and finishes are now complete.
Scaffold dismantle has commenced.
Balcony glazing and feature screen installation have been completed.
Internal linings and insulation are complete, with internal fit-outs well underway.
Waterproofing and tiling to wet areas have commenced.
Garage works are progressing, with roof truss installation commencing shortly.
Settlement forecast: Quarter 1, 2026.

Homes 3509-3512

External brickwork and cladding works are complete.
Scaffold dismantle will commence shortly.
Balcony glazing and feature screen installation are underway.
Internal insulation and linings have commenced and will continue over the coming period.
Garage works are progressing, with roof truss installation commencing shortly.
