Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

As works resume following the holiday break, we’re excited to share the latest progress on site as your new community comes to life. With several homes now entering their final stages, we’re pleased to advise that settlements are just around the corner, commencing this month and continuing into next.

Construction Progress

Here’s the latest update;

Home 3501-3504

• Internal fit-outs are complete.
• Tiling works are complete, with final touch-ups underway.
• Painting and final finishes are ongoing.
• Landscaping works are complete, with feature fencing almost finalised.
• Works in the garages are nearing completion.
• Final Quality Assurance and close-out processes are underway.
• Pre-Settlement inspections will be booked in shortly.
• Settlement forecast: February, 2026.

Homes 3505-3506

• Internal fit-outs are complete.
• Tiling works are complete.
• Painting and final finishes are complete.
• Landscaping works are complete.
• House commissioning is underway.
• Final Quality Assurance and close-out processes are underway.
• Pre-Settlement Inspection bookings have commenced.
• Settlement forecast: February, 2026.

Homes 3507-3508

• Internal fit-outs have commenced.

• Driveways will be poured in the coming months.

• Tiling works are nearing completion.
• Painting and final finishes have commenced.
• Landscaping works have commenced, with feature fencing underway.
• Driveways will be poured in the coming month.
• Works in and around the garages are being finalised.
• Remaining scaffolding will be dismantled in the coming days.
• Final Quality Assurance and close-out processes are underway.

Pre-Final Inspections

We’re delighted to share that purchasers of Homes CN3501 to CN3508 have already had the opportunity to attend their Pre-Final Inspections.

Purchasers of Homes CN3509 to CN3512 will be invited once their homes reach the appropriate stage. These inspections provide a valuable opportunity to walk through your home, take measurements, observe the progress firsthand, and become familiar with your layout ahead of final quality assurance checks and settlement.

Pre-Settlement Inspections

Pre-Settlement Inspections are commencing.

Once your home reaches completion, our team will be in touch to arrange your Pre-Settlement Inspection. This is an exciting milestone, providing an opportunity to review your home prior to settlement and take final measurements for furnishings and fittings.

Window Furnishings

All purchasers (Homes CN3501 to CN3512) have received an obligation-free measure and quote from Warrigal Blinds. Should you wish to engage an alternative supplier, they are welcome to attend either your Pre-Final or Pre-Settlement Inspection.

Valuation Access

Homes CN3501 to CN3506 are currently available for valuation access. If your lender requires a valuation, appointments can be arranged through the Shell Cove Sales Team by calling 0498 648 242 between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Once Homes CN3507 to CN3512 are ready for valuation access, we will notify purchasers accordingly.

Settlements

As Occupation Certificates are issued, settlement notices will be sent directly to your legal representatives in preparation for settlement. With the first settlements commencing this month and others following into next, we’re entering a very exciting phase of the project.
