We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
For the first time, we are delighted to share internal images of your new homes as they continue to take shape, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how everything is coming together.
Our teams have been working diligently, making significant progress, and here’s what’s been happening across the different homes:
Home 3501–3504
- Roofing and external finishes are almost complete.
- Linings and internal fit-outs have commenced.
- Installation of stairway is complete.
- Scaffold dismantle is scheduled for next month.
- Landscaping preparation is planned.
- Settlement is forecast for Late Quarter 4, 2025.
Homes 3502–3506
- Roofing and external finishes are almost complete.
- Linings and internal fit-outs have commenced.
- Installation of stairway is complete.
- Fit-out works are progressing, with tiling, vanities, and cabinetry installation to commence shortly.
- Internal Quality Assurance and final commissioning will commence soon.
- Settlement is forecast for Late Quarter 4, 2025.
Homes 3507–3508
- Roofing and external finishes are almost complete.
- Pre-lining checks and inspections have begun.
- Render, painting, and downpipes are scheduled for completion this month.
- Fit-out works are scheduled to begin in late August.
- Settlement is forecast for Quarter 1, 2026.
Homes 3509–3511
- Cladding and external finishes are underway.
- Roofing and eaves are nearing completion.
- Upper brickwork is nearing completion.
- Internal rough-ins are continuing.
- Settlement is forecast for Quarter 1, 2026.
Home 3512
- Cladding and external finishes are underway.
- Roofing and eaves are nearing completion.
- Upper brickwork is underway.
