Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Our teams have been working diligently, making significant progress, and here’s what’s been happening across the different homes:
Home 3501–3504
- External finishes are complete.
- Scaffold has been dismantled across the front elevations.
- Linings and internal fit outs are well advanced.
- Tiling works are well underway.
- Landscaping and feature fencing are scheduled to commence shortly following site clean-up.
- Works to the garages continue.
- Settlement forecast: Quarter 1, 2026.
Homes 3505–3506
- External finishes are complete.
- Scaffold has been dismantled across the front elevations.
- Linings and internal fit-outs are well advanced.
- Kitchen installation has commenced.
- Tiling works are well underway.
- Landscaping and feature fencing works are scheduled to commence shortly following site clean-up Works to the garages are ongoing.
- Settlement forecast: Quarter 4, 2025.
Homes 3507–3508
- External finishes are nearing completion.
- Balcony glazing and feature screen installation are imminent.
- Internal insulation and linings are complete, with fit-outs commencing.
- Waterproofing and screeds to the wet areas are scheduled to commence shortly.
- Works to the garages are scheduled to commence shortly.
- Settlement forecast: Quarter 1, 2026.
Homes 3509–3512
- External brickwork and cladding are nearing completion.
- Preparation for the balcony glazing and feature screen installation has progressed.
- Internal insulation and linings are scheduled to commence shortly.
- Works to the garages are scheduled to commence shortly.
