Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
We would like to inform you that the settlement forecast for your home is now Q1 2026. While construction activity is progressing well, completion is now forecasted to occur at the end of the previously advised Q4 2025.
Given the typical industry slowdown during the December–January holiday period, we felt it was timely to keep you informed of this potential delay. The team is continuing to monitor progress and will advise further closer to works nearing completion.
In the meantime, we’re pleased to share that our teams have been making significant strides across the site. Below are the latest construction milestones and progress highlights:
Homes 3501–3504
- Upper floor framing and trusses are complete.
- Plumbing stacks and service rough-ins are in progress.
- Upper-level window and door installations have been completed.
- Sarking, wall flashings, and brickwork to the upper levels are now finalised.
- Roof insulation and sheeting is nearing completion.
Homes 3505–3506
- Frames, trusses, and rough-in works have been completed.
- Sarking and wall flashings are finalised, with façade batten installation in progress.
- Upper-level brickwork, box gutters, fascia, and roof sheeting are complete.
- Electrical rough-ins are currently underway.
Homes 3507–3508
- Scaffold installations have been completed.
- First-floor sheet flooring has been laid.
- Concrete balcony pour has been completed.
- Upper-level framing and trusses are scheduled for completion shortly.
Homes 3509–3511
- Scaffold erection is complete.
- Ground floor brickwork is currently underway.
- Concrete balcony pour is imminent.
- Upper-level framing and trusses are scheduled to follow shortly thereafter.
Home 3512
- Scaffold installation is complete.
- Ground floor brickwork has commenced.
- Concrete balcony pour is imminent.
- Upper-level framing and trusses are scheduled to be completed shortly thereafter.
