Our teams have been making significant strides, and we are pleased to provide the following updates:
Home 3501
- Brickwork is complete.
- Roofing and external finishes are currently underway.
- Mechanical rough-ins are in progress.
- Settlement is currently forecast for December 2025.
Homes 3502–3504
- Roofing is complete.
- Brickwork and external cladding are advancing well.
- Internal rough-ins for services have commenced.
- Settlement is currently forecast for December 2025.
Homes 3505–3506
- Brickwork and external cladding are in progress.
- Roof sheeting has been installed.
- Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are progressing steadily.
- Settlement is currently forecast for December 2025.
Homes 3507–3508
- Upper floor trusses have been installed.
- Ground floor brickwork is underway.
- Roof and eaves installation are scheduled to commence shortly.
- External cladding works have commenced.
- Settlement is currently forecast for December 2025.
Homes 3509–3511
- Framing and trusses for the upper structure are complete.
- Upper-level brickwork is in progress.
- Roof sheeting and window installation are scheduled to commence soon.
- Settlement is currently forecast for Quarter 1 2026.
Home 3512
- Upper structure, including floor frames and trusses, is ongoing.
- Ground floor brickwork has been completed.
- Settlement is currently forecast for Quarter 1 2026.
