Here’s the latest:

• Project Top Out Achieved – roof slabs are now complete for both buildings
• Precast concrete installation is now complete
• Basement fit out works continuing
• Wet area works are underway with concrete substrate preparation nearing readiness for waterproofing
• High-level services continue for Ground, Level 1 and Level 2 of the south building and Ground and Level 1 of the north building
• First balcony sliding doors installed to the Ground Floor prototype apartment
• Balcony windows / sliding door sub-sills and window heads are being installed on Level 1 of the south building
• Ground floor fire-rated intertenancy walls are complete to both buildings, while apartment wall framing is underway on Ground and Level 1 to the south building
