Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

As works continued through February, the project has maintained strong momentum with visible progress across both towers and several important milestones achieved on site.

Internal apartment fit-out is now progressing well across the development, with bathroom tiling in full swing and advancing steadily through the lower levels. Joinery, tiling and finishing trades are now well established on site as the project continues to move deeper into the internal completion phase. Overall apartment fit-out continues to progress well, reflecting strong coordination between trades and careful sequencing of works.

Lift lobbies and common areas are also advancing in parallel, with ceiling and lining works progressing and the impressive finishes that will define these shared spaces beginning to take shape.

Externally, several key milestones have been achieved. The site’s tower crane has now been removed, signifying another major milestone for the project and marking the completion of the majority of heavy vertical lifting works. The dismantling of the façade scaffold has also now been completed, revealing the building’s finished façade and the striking copper soffit at Level 4 across both the North and South Towers. The copper detailing, together with the sandstone cladding and architectural façade elements, is now clearly visible and contributing strongly to the overall character of the buildings.

External works are also progressing well across the site. Preparation works for the foreshore landscaping have commenced, while construction of the pool structure is advancing with formwork and reinforcement completed ahead of the upcoming concrete pour. Planter box waterproofing has also progressed as works continue across the landscaped areas surrounding the buildings.

Within the basement levels, installation of the storage cages has commenced, representing another step toward completion of the building infrastructure and preparation for the future strata layout.

Overall, February has seen continued progress across both internal and external works, with the development increasingly taking on its final form as façade works are revealed and internal finishes advance throughout the buildings.
