Welcome to your first update on The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.

Bulk earthworks are largely complete, with individual lot shaping in taking place, and tender negotiations advancing to appoint a civil contractor for the next phase of works ready to commence in early March 2026.

Operational Works Approval from Brisbane City Council is expected imminently, allowing civil construction to commence shortly thereafter. From this point, residents can look forward to steady, visible progress as the precinct continues to take shape.

Settlement is currently forecast for July 2026, subject to weather conditions. We will continue to provide monthly updates as construction progresses.
