Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

Construction continues to progress well across this stage.

For Homes 201–204, inground services have been completed and the slabs are now fully poured.

Homes 205–207 and 208–213 have seen significant structural progress, with ground and first floor framing completed, and roof trusses underway on Homes 205–206, while second floor framing is nearing completion on Homes 208–213.

Homes 214–226 have had inground services completed, with approximately 80% of slabs poured.

Over Homes 242–247, ground floor construction and steel works are now complete.

Lastly, Homes 227–241 have successfully completed their inground services stage.
