Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

All homes in Stage 2A are in the final stages of completion, with internal defect inspections complete and defect rectification in progress. External works are complete, including landscaping and fencing.

You will shortly receive an update confirming when site access becomes available for valuations and Pre-Settlement Inspections (PSI). Once you receive a valuation notification, please forward the email to your broker or banker so they can arrange an on-site valuation on your behalf. When the PSI invitation is sent, you can easily schedule your inspection via the PSI booking link provided.

This is also an ideal time to progress your loan towards conditional approval. We strongly recommend contacting your bank or broker as soon as possible, rather than leaving this to the last minute.
