Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

Homes 205–207 are in the final stages of completion, with internal inspections currently underway. External works are complete, including landscaping and fencing.

The first-round defect inspections for Homes 208–213 have completed. Landscaping is nearing completion, and appliance commissioning is in progress as the homes move toward the final stage of completion.

Homes 242–247 have progressed well, with internal joinery and benchtops already installed. Landscaping works have also been completed, positioning these homes near completion.

You will soon receive an update confirming when site access for valuations is available. Once you receive this, please forward the email to your broker or banker so they can arrange an on-site valuation.

Now is the right time to progress your loan towards conditional approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker as soon as possible and not leave it until the last minute.
