Homes 205–207 have completed joinery installation, stone benchtops, and services fit-off, with external areas prepared for planting following topsoil placement. Homes 208–213 are in the final defects stage internally, with appliances installed and commissioned, and fencing due to start shortly. Homes 242–247 are progressing internally with joinery installation underway and benchtops in place. Landscaping works expected to commence soon.
