Homes 205–207 have joinery and stone benchtops installed, with topsoil imported externally and areas ready for planting.

Homes 208–213 are progressing well internally, with joinery and tiling complete and flooring now being installed.

Homes 242–247 have completed external cladding works with scaffolding removed, while internally plasterboard is installed and joinery is underway.
