Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

All homes in Stage 2A are now in the final stages of completion. Internal and external quality inspections have been completed, and we are working closely with our builder to address any remaining items ahead of settlement.

Valuation access is now available for your home. Please contact your bank or mortgage broker and ask them to arrange a valuation as soon as possible. For valuation appointment bookings, please advise them to contact Tina Wu, Customer Care Consultant.

Once the valuation has been completed, your lender will typically be able to finalise the next steps in your loan approval process, subject to registration of the plan and any other outstanding requirements. Your lender will then provide any final loan documents for signing.

To help avoid delays to settlement, we encourage you to stay in close contact with your bank or broker and continue progressing your loan towards unconditional approval.
