Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

All homes in Stage 2A are now in the final stages of completion. Internal and external quality inspections have been completed, and we are working closely with our builder to address any remaining items ahead of settlement.

Finance approval

By now, ideally you have obtained unconditional finance approval in readiness for settlement and signed your final loan documentation. If not, please follow up with your bank or broker to escalate your application for urgent approval. Delayed settlements may be subject to penalty interest and could put you at risk of losing your deposit – to learn more, discuss this with your legal representative.
