Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

Construction continues to progress well across this stage.

Homes 205–207: Framing and roofing are now complete. Ground floor brickwork has been finished, and Level 1 brickwork is nearing completion.

Homes 208–213: Framing is complete, and ground floor brickwork is currently underway. Services rough-in has been finalised, with insulation and plasterboard installation scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.

Homes 242–247: Framing is nearing completion, and lower roof installations have been successfully completed.
