Stage 2A: Monfort Townhomes

Progress across these homes continues to advance well. Homes 205–207 have had scaffolding removed, with plasterboard installation fully complete, waterproofing underway, and painting in progress. Homes 208–213 are nearing completion of cladding, with wet area waterproofing finished and tiling works now commenced. For Homes 242–247, metal cladding has started, services rough-in is complete, insulation is approximately 50% complete, and plasterboard works have also commenced.
