7 - Registration of Titles
Your home’s strata plan will be lodged with the State's Land Registry Services.

8 - Occupation Certificate
At this stage, the Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) is received.

9 - Practical Completion
Practical completion is the day all the work on your home has been “practically completed.”

10 - Finance & Legal
It's time to start getting ready for settlement.

11 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property to assess its value.

12 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

13 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy, we can confirm your settlement date.

14 - Settlement
On the settlement date, you pay the balance of the purchase price and receive its title.

Before settlement, our Customer Care team will contact you and arrange a time for you to collect the keys
