Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
As works progressed through June, the project has continued strongly towards completion, with Quality Assurance (QA) inspections continuing as the primary workstream. Frasers' QA1 inspection programme has continued to advance systematically across both towers, with the level 4 apartment inspections now commenced. QA2 inspections have now commenced on the lower levels.
Externally, sandstone cladding is nearing completion. Balustrade and fencing works have progressed. Landscape works continued where weather permitted, with the stairs and landings on the foreshore side of the south building now poured.
On the statutory front, the strata plan has now been registered.
Overall, June has delivered meaningful progress across fit-out and finishing works, with the QA programme well underway and the development taking clear shape as it moves toward practical completion.
