Settlements Commenced 11th August 2025
We’re thrilled to welcome the Stage 16 residents into the development following the registration of the Plan of Subdivision on 28th July, with settlements commencing on 11th August.
- Final works on the Radiant Boulevard Bridge are being completed and we expect it to open in September.
- Save the date! Meet Your Neighbour event for Stage 16 is happening on Saturday, 11th October from 1–3pm.Stay tuned — more details coming soon!
- A landscape contractor has been awarded the works in this stage and they will commence on site in the coming months.
