Planned Settlement: May 2026 – July 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 12 have commenced.
- Stage 12 civil works have now commenced with the installation of the sewer main underway.
- Drainage pipes are on order and their installation, along with minor earthworks, will commence following the completion of the sewer.
