Planned Settlement: April 2026 – June 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 12 are still progressing well.
- Installation of the main drainage pipes is complete.
- Watermains are now being laid and will be completed shortly.
- Following the completion of the water mains, the base levels of the roads will be built up and some associated minor road drains installed.
