Planned Settlement: August - 2025 – October - 2025
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 9 are progressing well and are on schedule.
- Within the main (internal) part of Stage 9 construction is on track. Electrical works are complete, and footpath works are nearly complete — only topsoiling and authority sign-offs to go.
- The Crosswater Boulevard Bridge is on track with the main bridge deck having its concrete beams in place and the approaches to the bridge are also now concreted. Works on the decorative attachments to the bridge will commence shortly.
- Works at the Crosswater Blvd and Thompsons Rd signalised intersection are also on track, with concreting nearly complete. The remaining tasks include the final layer of asphalt, road line marking, authority sign-offs and traffic signal activation.
