Planned Settlement: February 2026 – April 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 13 are still on program.
- The bottom layer of asphalt has now been laid to all roads.
- Installation of electrical and communications services is nearing completion.
- Construction of the footpaths is ongoing and will be complete by late October or early November.
