Settlements: 30 March 2026
We're pleased to advise that stage 13 has now titled and settlements have been triggered. The settlement date of your land is on 30 March 2026.
- By now, ideally you have obtained unconditional finance approval in readiness for settlement and signed your final loan documentation. If not, please follow up with your bank or broker to escalate your application for urgent approval.
- Please ensure all checks have been completed prior to settlement including your pegs. For any questions, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
