Planned Settlement: Mid February 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 13 are complete.
- On-site construction is fully complete now, and we’re awaiting the sign-offs from the final two authorities before we can lodge our plan of subdivision at the Titles Office.
- Council practical completion has been achieved.
- Your valuer should be arranging a site visit to complete the valuation and ensure your finance documentation is finalised ahead of settlement.
