We’re excited to share the latest developments, including major progress on-site and exciting news about our key amenities.
Town Centre
Townhome construction is underway for stages 33, 34 & 41. Koodya St and Delama Blvd now provide full access through the Town Centre. KFC has now opened, adding to the growing list of convenient amenities in the area!
Mambourin Marketplace
Construction is 65% complete, tenant fitouts begin soon, and 95% of spaces are leased. Keep an eye out for more exciting updates in the months to come!
