Quarterly Update - December 2025
Dear residents and community members,
Welcome to our final community update for the year, the perfect opportunity to reflect on what was achieved and what’s to come.
It’s been a big 2025 at Mambourin with even more to look forward to next year as our sister community Mambourin Green continues to take shape.
Following the exciting opening of Mambourin Marketplace, attention has turned to work on the pedestrian priority zone in Koodya Street and Rail Circuit. This precinct, which will connect the town centre with the proposed future railway station.
Elsewhere in the town centre work Construction onf the Eden Academy childcare centre and kindergarten on Delama Boulevard is progressing well with the centre on track to open next year. Visit the Eden Academy website to make an enrolment inquiry here.
Within Mambourin Marketplace new food retailers including Burger Point and Flappy’s Fried Chicken have opened their doors. Nearby, work is underway on a McDonalds restaurant.
Also close to the town centre, construction of the townhomes in Medium Density Precinct 1 is almost complete with work now underway on around 200 the townhomes in Precincts 2 and 3.
The launch of a new bus route on December 7 has further improved connectivity between Mambourin and key locations within our area, Running every 20 minutes during peak hour, route 194 links Mambourin to Wyndham Vale Station and Walcom Ngarrwa Secondary College.
Down the road at our sister community Mambourin Green, Stage 1 electrical works are underway with first titles due in March next year, while construction on Stages 5 and 6 is set to begin in the first quarter of next year.
We were thrilled that more than 300 members of our community attended our first Diwali event on October 11. Keep an eye on the My Mambourin Facebook page for future events here.
And thank you to everyone who entered our Christmas lights competition. We look forward to announcing the winners, but the real beneficiaries are the children (and adults) of our community who have been treated to an explosion of light and colour celebrating the festive season.
As usual we will continue to update residents via email and keep the community engaged via Facebook. If you live outside Mambourin but would like to receive updates by email, please sign up at frasersproperty.com.au/VIC/Mambourin/Contact or contact us on 13 38 38.
We wish you and your family a fun and restful festive period and look forward to continuing to build our community in 2026.
