Mambourin Construction Update January 23
We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of our new community.
Stage 17 stormwater drainage work is predominantly complete with water reticulation is due to commence in early February. The anticipated settlement for Stage 17 is July - August 2023.
Over in Stage 18, sewer construction is now complete and stormwater drainage construction has commenced. Settlement for Stage 18 is anticipated in July - September 2023.
Stage 19 sewer construction is close to completion with stormwater drainage construction to follow. We anticipate settlement of Stage 19 in July - September 2023.
And lastly, Stage 23 bulk earthworks are ongoing with sewer construction to commence. We anticipate settlement of Stage 23 in July - September 2023.
