Welcome to our October 2026 community update

As we head into the final months of year there’s lots of progress to report, and lots more to look forward to.

Club Mambourin Green Construction Commences

Things are moving quickly at Mambourin Green, where the first sods were turned for the new residents’ club, Club Mambourin Green, earlier this month by our award-winning building contractor 2Construct.

Club Mambourin Green, with its pool, kids’ waterplay area, café, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, gym, sauna, sports courts and function rooms, is scheduled for completion in Q4 next year.

First Neighbourhood Park Begins Construction

We’ve received council approval and have appointed ULS to begin work on Mambourin Green’s first local park, which is anticipated to be ready soon after the community’s first residents move into their new homes in Q2 2027.

With plantings inspired by the flora of the Wyndham region the park will include a playground, central shelter, picnic seating and sports courts as well as lots of nooks and crannies for exploration and play.

Home Building Progress Across All Stages

We’re also already at work on landscaping nature strips in Stages 1 to 4.

Stage 4 at Mambourin Green is now open to the public via Gardenvale Ave, while in Stages 5 and 6 sewers, drainage and water mains are completed with road pavement works underway and kerb works underway.

We’re expecting Stage 5 and 6 settlements to occur in Q1 next year.

In Stages 7 and 5A bulk earthworks and sewers are almost complete with drainage works to follow while bulk earthworks are underway in Stage 8.

There are currently more than 100 Mambourin Green homes under construction, with Stages 3 and 4 settlements in progress. To ensure the future new occupants can quickly make friends and connections in their new community, we’ll be hosting a Meet Your Neighbour event in the new year.

Celebrating Culture and Connection

November will see a further opportunity to make those connections for both Mambourin residents and future Mambourin Green residents, with our Diwali Festival of Lights celebration set to be held at the Mambourin Green Discovery Centre on the 14th of November. We’d love to see you at what is always a colourful and fun event.

At Mambourin, the next stage of the Town Centre is underway with Griffith Group having poured slabs and commenced framing for the four new buildings which will house a swim school, fast food options, childcare centre and fitness centre.

Town Centre Construction Reaches New Milestones

The Town Centre’s Rail Circuit Road will open in November, further improving connectivity between the Town Centre and future residential precincts.

Civil works in Stages 36A and 36B in the Uptown Precinct are now complete and ready for the delivery of 37 new medium density homes plus additional retail and commercial opportunities in early 2027.

Our new Residents’ Hub is the place to stay updated on everything you need ahead of settlements as well as useful resources and links to local services. You can find it HERE.

You can also keep an eye on the My Mambourin Facebook page for future events.

Stay Connected With Our Growing Community

As always, we'll continue to keep residents informed through regular email updates and community channels. If you live outside Mambourin or Mambourin Green and would like to receive updates, please register your interest via the Frasers Property website or contact us on 13 38 38.

We look forward to continuing to build a connected, thriving community throughout the remainder of 2026.
