Stage 17 bulk earthworks have now been completed and sewer construction has commenced. The anticipated settlement for Stage 17 is May - June 2023.
Over in Stage 18, bulk earthworks have also been completed and sewer construction has commenced. Settlement for Stage 18 is anticipated in July - August 2023.
Stage 19 bulk earthworks have also been completed and sewer construction has commenced. We anticipate settlement of Stage 19 in August - September 2023.
