Mambourin Construction Update September 22
Stay informed with the latest construction updates at Mambourin.
Construction works on Stages 9, 10 and 11 were completed this month, and our residents were able to settle on their new homes late-August.
Stages 15 and 16 construction works were also completed this month, and we have received a Statement of Compliance from Wyndham City Council with Titles expected very soon. Settlement can be expected mid-late September.
Stages 17, 18, 19 bulk earthworks are currently underway and we anticipate commencement of monthly construction updates for these stages to begin in October 2022.
For Stage 23, bulk earthworks are forecast to commence in September and we anticipate commencement of monthly construction updates for these stages to begin in November 2022.
