We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of our new community.
Stage 17 has experienced some delays due to the rainfall across Victoria, however, sewer construction is predominantly complete and drainage work has commenced. The anticipated settlement for Stage 17 is July - August 2023.
Over in Stage 18, sewer construction is ongoing with drainage works to follow. Settlement for Stage 18 is anticipated in July - September 2023.
And lastly, Stage 19 sewer construction is also ongoing, with drainage works to follow. We anticipate settlement of Stage 19 in August - September 2023.
