Quarterly Update – July 2026
Dear residents and community members,
Welcome to our July 2026 community update.
As Mambourin reaches the final stages of delivery, our focus is increasingly turning to the exciting future taking shape at our sister community, Mambourin Green, where new neighbourhoods, community facilities and lifestyle amenities are progressing rapidly.
Welcoming the First Mambourin Green Residents
We hit a major milestone this month with Stages 1 and 2 commencing settlements, meaning we’re moving ever closer to welcoming Mambourin Green’s first residents.
Stage 3 civil construction is also complete with final authority approvals underway and settlements expected to begin this month. In Stage 4 asphalt and electric works are in progress with settlements anticipated in August and September. And in Stages 5 and 6 drainage work is complete and water main installation has begun ahead of expected settlements in Q1 2027.
A New Neighbourhood Park Taking Shape
We're especially excited at our progress on Mambourin Green's first neighbourhood park.
Inspired by the exploration and discovery of Wyndham's unique flora and fauna, the park's design incorporates native planting, natural topography and engaging play experiences throughout the space.
It will include a central shelter with picnic seating, sports courts, elevated play experience, formal and informal play spaces and open lawn areas for gatherings and games.
We expect to appoint a contractor soon, with landscaping works anticipated to start next month.
Progress on the Exclusive Residents' Club
The highly anticipated Club Mambourin Green is also progressing well. Planning approval has been secured, and a preferred contractor has now been selected for this exclusive luxury resident facility. Construction is expected to commence shortly, with completion anticipated in Q4 2027.
The Residents' Club will provide an exceptional lifestyle offering exclusively for Mambourin Green residents, including 25m heated lap pool, spa and kids’ splash zone, gym and sauna, multi-use courts, barbecue facilities, function and meetings spaces as well as a family room and nearby cafe.

In coming months we’ll host the first Mambourin Green Meet Your Neighbour event, but until then our new Residents’ Hub will keep you updated on everything you need ahead of settlements as well as useful resources and links to local services. You can find it here.
Key Updates at Mambourin Townhome and Retail Precincts
Back at Mambourin, Down-Town Precinct civil works are going well, with topsoiling and asphalting underway ahead of an expected completion date of September this year.
We're excited to see our development partner, Griffith Group, break ground on the next retail phase of the Mambourin Town Centre. This new precinct will bring even greater convenience to local families, with a childcare centre, food and beverage offerings, a gym and swim school planned.
Meanwhile, Eden Academy Childcare and Kindergarten on Delama Boulevard have informed us they are set to open their doors on Monday, August 3. Join their waitlist or make an enrolment inquiry here.
Good News Lutheran College Expansion Underway
Elsewhere within Mambourin, Good News Lutheran College has started on its Stage 2 building project, which will see more classrooms, sports courts and flexible multi-purpose learning spaces added to the already impressive facilities at the school.
Our community development team continue to arrange regular events for both Mambourin residents and future Mambourin Green residents. Keep an eye on the My Mambourin Facebook page to make sure you don’t miss a celebration.

Ison Road Rail Overpass and Extension |

Construction of the Ison Road Rail Overpass and Extension is set to open early in September, three months ahead of schedule. The project will improve road, cycling, pedestrian and public transport connectivity for residents across the broader Wyndham region. While the project will open to traffic in September, finishing work such as landscaping, lighting and linemarking will continue until the end of the year so some reduced speed limits may remain in place.
