Frasers Property Australia has announced significant progress across its Mambourin and Mambourin Green communities in Melbourne’s west, as construction milestones are met and the highly anticipated $60 million Mambourin Marketplace nears completion.

Civil works advancing across residential stages

Works across Stages 1, 2 and 3 are tracking well, with stormwater drainage predominantly complete and construction of the water main and road pavements now underway. These stages are set to deliver some of the community’s very first homes, with settlements expected in 2026.

At Stage 4, bulk earthworks have been completed, early sewer works are in progress, and stormwater drainage will follow, keeping the stage on track for mid-2026 settlements. Bulk earthworks have also commenced at the future Mambourin Green Village Centre, which will serve as a central meeting place for residents. Civil construction is expected to begin in early 2026.

Marketplace to open September 2025

Mambourin Marketplace is in the final stages of delivery, with most tenants already handed their spaces. The centre will feature a diverse retail mix anchored by Coles, alongside national brands and local favourites including Doctors & Co, François Café, Flappy’s Fried Chicken, Burger Point, and more.
