Calling all Mambourin residents to be part of an exciting campaign! 📣 As we create a vibrant new community, we want to showcase the wonderful stories of our current residents. Why are you proud to call your Mambourin home? What makes it a place of happiness for you and your family? We’re looking for young couples, families and investors who are outgoing, confident, and excited about the opportunity to try something new. If that’s you, please send us a message with photos of yourself and your family, along with your phone number, and we’ll get in touch! As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a gift card ($200 per adult or $400 per family!) from the Frasers Property team. Please note the footage and videos taken will be featured and used across Frasers Property websites and social platforms.

Mini Movers registrations for Term 4 open tomorrow! Sessions will now be held on Thursdays, instead of Wednesdays. The program is designed for all children, with sessions tailored to suit different developmental levels. It's inclusive for both children with and without disabilities. Each session lasts 30 minutes, and no prior experience is needed, but registrations are required! For more info: https://bit.ly/47StU0F

We’re excited to announce that Coles will be part of our upcoming Mambourin Marketplace—a true urban village where you can shop for all your favourites, just moments from home! 🌟 Construction has already kicked off with Maben Group leading the development, and we recently celebrated this milestone with a sod-turning ceremony on site. Come 2025 you'll also enjoy various food and beverage outlets, grocer and a range of speciality stores, all designed to make life even more convenient for the Mambourin Community. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to opening!
