On this ANZAC Day, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of the servicemen and women who served with unwavering courage. Lest we forget.

How incredible is Mambourin from above! 🚁 We’re a community of convenience - without the crowds. With close to six hectares of open space, there’s plenty of room to play, picnic and stay active.

Senior Development Manager Ilce Mladenovski gives the latest construction update for Mambourin. Construction is underway for Good News Lutheran College and Laa Yulta Primary School is now officially open, offering education from kindergarten to grade six. Momentum is building at our Black Forest Road precinct, with childcare construction beginning soon. Mambourin Marketplace is also on the way, anticipated to open in 2025. In 2024, we’re celebrating 100 years of our Australian property development history. And though it’s not our birthday per se, it is a reflection on a century of experience and lineage that extends from the days of real estate entrepreneur T.M Burke in 1924 to Frasers Property Australia today. Through it all, one thing stayed constant: a desire to create the kinds of places people are still drawn to many generations later.

Mini Movers is back at Club Mambourin for Term 3. Join in on these enjoyable sessions aimed at kinder-aged children that uses sports as a fun way to improve motor skills as well as build social and emotional skills. Introducing Laa Yulta Primary School, the newest addition to the Mambourin neighbourhood. 🏫 Opened in January 2024, Laa Yulta is not just a school; it's a space for educational excellence. Led by principal Mark Zahra, Laa Yulta is dedicated to providing top-tier education from Prep to Grade 6. 🍎 Formerly known as Black Forest East Primary School, the name "Laa Yulta" was chosen following a thoughtful 2-week community consultation. Meaning "many stones" in the Wadawurrung language, it reflects the school’s commitment to honouring the rich indigenous heritage of our land. Laa Yulta has strived to create the best learning environment for their students. With state-of-the-art facilities including a modern administration building, three learning neighbourhoods, and a bustling community hub complete with indoor sports courts, canteen, and arts/music spaces, students are set up for success both inside and outside the classroom. 🏀
